Dear CJ&D Supporter:
On Monday, we expect TIME magazine to come out with a cover story on "tort reform." The issue
promises to be a doozy, as the cover will emphasize "access to health care" (ie, limiting
patients' rights in the courtroom), and not the more meaningful " and who
access to QUALITY health care."
On Monday, pickup a copy of TIME for yourself and consider responding with a letter to the Editor.
If they hear from enough survivors of medical malpractice, maybe they will do a story with a
reasonable spin in the future.
More details on this recommended action to come.
